biography
Born into a military family and raised in a culture of discipline and fitness, my journey into health and training began at an early age.
Fitness and wellness have been at the core of my life from the very beginning. I was immersed in a culture of high standards and relentless dedication. This upbringing, coupled with my time at one of Poland’s top military academies, set the foundation for a lifetime of hardcore training and resilience.
After serving in the military, I pursued a Master’s degree in Specialist Education, further enhancing my coaching skills and equipping me to work with diverse individuals. My journey then brought me to the UK, where I earned a BSc (Hons) in Mental Health at the University of East Anglia (UEA). My dissertation focused on the powerful connection between nutrition and mental health, a subject I’m deeply passionate about. I also completed advanced courses in nutrition for fitness, equipping me with the tools to create meaningful changes in my clients’ lives.
I’m a firm believer in eating whole, real foods—fueling the body and mind with the nutrients they need to thrive. My coaching philosophy goes far beyond exercise: it’s about taking a holistic approach to your health. I consider your lifestyle, habits, and unique background to develop personalized strategies that create lasting, sustainable progress.
